Because these decision your company makes early on effect so much down the road, it is important to understand the decisions you are making and how they will affect the rest of your time on Facebook. This browser has quickly become my favorite option to surf the web and has began to capture the hearts of a pretty devote fan base around the Internet. For all the right reasons, RockMelt seems to be growing and taking off in the right direction.

Now more than ever, RockMelt is about helping you manage and share the content you interact with online. The new additions to the Beta 2 release have fixed a few of the minor inconveniences that existed before, and introduced some really amazing new features that continue to make surfing and sharing content on the web as convenient and easy as I ever could have dreamt it to be.

In this new version you can see the following new additions

Many businesses forget this point as they establish their voice in the digital age. Just as it is important to be where your customers are and offer them value, it is equally important to provide them support and quality customer service, especially when it is publicly seen! Social CRM, particularly through Facebook customer service, can be an excellent way to turn publicly posted negative reviews into a platform to demonstrate your customer service. At the very least you can show your personalized care and quick response to other customers, but you may even be able to change the minds of those who were unsatisfied.
