Tell us a little about yourself! Where are you from and what’s your story?

I was born in Kingman, Arizona but I moved to the valley when I was two years old. I have lived the rest of my life in Chandler, Arizona. I love Arizona and everything the desert has to offer. I started my educational career at a local community college straight out of high school. From there, I continued on to study Entrepreneurship and Marketing at Arizona State University. I’m currently a part-time machinist in the valley and I joined the StringCan team for an awesome summer internship opportunity.

How would you describe your personality in 5 words or less?

Laid back, motivated, helpful, open-minded

What could we find you doing outside of the office? What are your passions?

Outside the office, you can find me outdoors, whether I'm fishing up north or riding dirt bikes in the desert. I enjoy the outdoors and the experiences that nature can offer. One of my next adventures is to hike the Grand Canyon down to Havasupai Falls.

If you could choose anyone, who would you pick as your mentor?

If I could choose anyone to be my mentor, I would choose my grandfather. Throughout his life he worked very hard to support his entire family. He had many different jobs during his life and finished his career by retiring with full benefits from the railroad. He was very knowledgeable about many different topics and I believe he would have had great advice to give me as I travel through life.

If you were reincarnated as an animal/drink/ice cream flavor, what would it be?

Animal- Eagle

Drink- Sweet Tea

Ice Cream- Ben & Jerry's Half Baked

If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would you go and what would you do?

If I could travel anywhere in the world, I would travel around the United States, stopping at local dirt bike riding spots along the way.

You just won a million dollars! What is the most irresponsible purchase you’re going to make?

I would take all of my friends and family on a trip to Las Vegas to stay in a penthouse, spending a set amount of money on fun and gambling.

What’s your favorite YouTube video and why?

This is my favorite YouTube video because it shows what a truck can do if it’s built correctly. These are amazing engineered machines that are constantly pushing the limits of off-road racing.

On a serious note, what are you most looking forward to learning from StringCan?

From StringCan, I look forward to learning what it takes to start and launch a digital marketing campaign. I also look forward to learning the many different tools used to measure activity on digital platforms.

What will clients enjoy most about working with you?

I believe clients will enjoy working with me as I am approachable and my broad background allows me to be versatile in many different subjects. Also, clients will enjoy working with me because my beard has a personality of its own.

What do results mean to you?

Results mean many different things to me. The first thing that comes to mind is that results reveal how effective a process was; whether it worked or not. Either way, results are beneficial because you can learn from them. Results lead to growth as long as you recognize what can be improved.

What is your proudest accomplishment and why?

One of my proudest accomplishments is the fact that later this summer, I will be graduating from Arizona State University. This is huge to me. It has been my sole focus for the past 4 years. I have worked very hard over the years and have had many sleepless nights. To me, it’s not about the piece of paper; it’s about the knowledge and know-how that school teaches you along the way.
