Jay Feitlinger is the founder and CEO of StringCan Interactive, a strategic digital marketing and technology agency in Scottsdale, Arizona. At StringCan, Jay oversees strategy and vision, building culture that makes going into work something he and his team look forward to, recruiting additional awesome team members to help exceed clients goals, leading the team and allocating where StringCan invests time and money.
Helping businesses solve complex problems and connect smart to their right audience has been one of his passions for over 15 years. Jay is known for spending an inordinate (some would say insane) amount of time talking, listening and learning about opportunities in business, digital marketing and technology space. He loves all the latest techie gadgets and loves helping businesses leverage social media and online marketing to develop relationships with their audience.
Outside of work Jay can be found exercising, reading, camping, hanging out with entrepreneurs, trying out a new restaurant, or spending time with friends or his wife, Rachel and 2 daughters, Lexi and Ella. Those that know Jay say he has a gift for quickly coming up with creative ideas that solve the problem at hand and has no issues rolling up his sleeves and getting his hands dirty figuring out how to make something work. In and outside of work Jay is known for being a class clown, which is a scary line to walk for him, as he is deathly afraid of clowns.
Prior to launching StringCan, Jay co-founded one of the first and leading social commerce applications on Facebook, called ShopTab, that brands such as Barneys NY and Coca Cola use to monetize their presence on social media. In addition, Jay was a digital marketing and technology strategist at Sitewire for over seven years working with organizations such as Under Armour, Taser and the Irvine Company. Jay is called on to speak at many events, webinars and conferences to provide proven and actionable guidance on various topics around business, Internet marketing and social media. Jay also serves as an advisor and a board member.
